How it Works
1. Select Date(s)
Select the dates and times when you need a nanny for childcare.
2. Pay for Booking
Add details about the booking and pay the $25 daily booking fee.
3. Booking Confirmation
We reserve a nanny for your family and email you their profile along with the booking confirmation.
4. Pay the Nanny
After each booking, pay the nanny directly with cash or with a credit card using the Venmo app.

Trustline is the only background check authorized by state law to include fingerprint records from the California Department of Justice Criminal History System; the Child Abuse Central Index of California; and fingerprint records of the FBI Criminal History System.

No hidden fees, extra costs or additional expenses.
(3) hour minimum for all bookings.
Daily booking fee covers administration costs for the company to maintain a high level of world-class childcare (technology, bookings, hiring, training, certifications, background checks, nanny communications, community programs, nanny placements, etc).
Refunds: In the unlikely event that we are unable to locate a nanny for your requested dates and times, we will promptly refund the per-day booking fee.
2019 Holiday Dates: January 1st, February 14th, March 17th, April 21st, May 12th, June 16th, July 4th, September 2nd, October 31st, November 28th, December 24th, 25th and 31st.
A $60 fee is assessed for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and for no shows. A $90 fee is assessed for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice for services to be provided on a holiday.
All cancellations must be received during business hours of 9am-5pm daily (PST). Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card used for booking.
Changes to the time of day can be made without penalty, but changes to the date of care are considered cancellations.
The changes to date will require at least 24 hour notice or 48 hour notice for holidays.
