Jennifer B.
Hello, my name is Jennifer Bolanos. I was born and raised in Mexico and came to the USA when I was 8 years old. Since I was young, I always knew that I wanted to work with children. I went to Sonoma State and received a double BA in Early Childhood studies with a concentration in Development and Spanish. I have worked in a preschool setting for 3 years, mainly working with infants and toddlers, but
have experience with all preschool ages. I also have years of experience babysitting family members and family friends and co-workers kids.
I enjoy working with little ones because they are so full of joy and their imagination is wild that at times it catches me off guard at how much they pay attention to us “adults.” T hey are little sponges
soaking everything in. My favorite part about working with children is that I can let my inner child out and run around with them, jump or sing. I love seeing them smile and have conversations with them.
I also have experience working with adolescents and young adults struggling with mental health and trauma. It is a challenging yet rewarding job knowing that I can help make a difference in their life.
